Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kishidays Japanese Stationery. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Please check our current promotions at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations including the United States and other countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • United States: Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days
  • Other International Destinations: Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Carriers We primarily ship via Canada Post. For certain international orders, we may use alternative carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup We offer local pickup for orders placed online. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to arrange pickup.

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

For pickups outside of regular hours (after 5:00 PM), please contact us in advance to confirm availability and arrange a suitable time. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
